Emails to certain addresses are not being received - but I get no indication
that they have not been sent, indeed the emails are in my Sent Items with a
date and time stamp of when they were sent.

I have successfully sent test emails on another machine using the same
wireless modem/router and email address & I have reinstalled Outlook on the
machine.

I cannot see any obvious flags to prevent the emails being sent. I have
contacted Mcafee and they say there is no facility to block certain emails.

Any ideas?

What version of Outlook do you have? Could you turn on diagnostic logging
(see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and
post the OPMLog.log file after you've sent a messge that never arrives at
the destination?
