Why are my Proposals being printed sideways?

My husband owns his own business, and I am printing out his proposals.. Why
are they printing sideways? I'm using Microsoft Word for XP users. Can
someone help me please? Thank you!
 
You've got something wrong in the relation between your page set up and your
printer driver settings.
