Why are my Draft emails not being removed once they have been sent

Does anyone have any idea why Draft emails are no longer being removed from
the Draft emails folder once they have been sent?
 
Im having the same issue. Ive got like 2000 e-mails that have sent and not removed from the Drafts folder not only that even trying to delete them i cant do. Its saying i do not have permission to delete these files. And ask who owns the file to delete them for me. But i won that file? :S
