I keep having emails that have not been deleted go into my deleted folder
instead of my inbox. I have not changed any rules - don't have any in place
to change.

Outlook 2003. Some of the emails are read emails, some are not. Yes, we have
anti-spam software on our server, however with that said, this just started
happening in the last week - software has been there for months and no
problems until recently.

That doesn't mean anything. Most antispam software has an automatic update
feature. Are you sure the program didn't apply an update for itself last
week?

Okay so we don't have antispam (I was wrong) we have antivirus. There are no
rules created in that either and no rules in Outlook. It doesn't have a
pattern to what it deletes, it also doesn't pick all emails on 1 day (for
exmaple it will delete some from the 6th and then some from the 8th, etc).
Should we uninstall the antivirus and see if that works? antivirus is
microtrend.
