Why am I recieving blank emails that I know have text?

I have been getting emails that are blank, but when I hold the left button
and scroll across page, text appears against a grey background.

If I try to reply, any text I type does not show up but the cursor moves.

Try executing the following command to reregister the DLL file:

regsvr32 inetcomm.dll

Sounds more like a font problem, though, given the OP's statement that
