Why am I getting other people's emails?

I would often recieve emails from other people. Several emails would have To:
(e-mail address removed) and I would recieve it even if that email address is not
mine.
How can I fix it?
 
This is not something that you can "fix". What the sender puts into the
'To' header can be easily forged; that is an ages-old spammer tactic.
But even non-spammers use this method to hide the addresses of people
they are sending the message to (the addresses are hidden in the Bcc list).
