Why am I getting my e mail messages twice

When I receive my Email, each message comes in twice. What causes this.
 
Ask your ISP - it sounds like an error in their e-mail delivery system.

Questions about your e-mail are best asked in newsgroup related to your
e-mail client, such as Outlook Express.
