Why am i being asked thisin outlook?

When i try and send an email in Outlook XP i am getting a box pop up every
time. Previously i never had this problem. The box says

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses youhave stored in outlook. Do
you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus ad you should choose No.

Allowa access for (Drop dopwn Box)

Yes, No or Help buttons.

Thank you, that has sorted it. It was a spam filter attached to new security
software i have recently installed.
