Why a Security Warning at open of tables-only .mdb?

This even if the database only contains tables!!!
I then have to click "Open".

This is a nuisance.
What can I do?
Although I use an up-to-date virusscanner, I, of course, do not want to
reduce the security as provided by sandbox etc too much...
 
This is just one of the many boners Microsoft pulled in respect to macro
security in Access. Set macro security low or sign your app with a digital
certificate.
