Not sure what "tool" you are talking about but in reply to the question in your subject:

He is a Microsoft M(ost)V(alued)P(rofessional)

Not all his messages are blank but some may be I spz. Search in Google for him I'm sure you'll find lots of posts from him which aren't blank.

You could switch to use a proper newsgroup reader (e.g. Outlook Express)
