White Mail Body

Oliver

Some Clients, running Outlook 2003 SP2 on a Windows XP Pro SP2 with McAfee
Antivirus are receiving mails, can see in the pop up notification the content
of the mail, but as soon as they open the mail, the body is white, no text to
see (in the source code I can see the text!), sending mails with plain text,
everything is OK.

What can be the problem? It seems to occur only at the client, McAfee E-Mail
Scan is deactivated!

Any ideas?

I'd start with updating both Office and Windows XP to make sure you are not
encountering a bug that has already been fixed.

It seems really that the McAfee Client was causing that white Mails, I have
deactivated the local E-Mail Scanner and after a restart of the Client, it
worked again!
