while I'm using my computer my screen goes white, restart everytim

HI!!!
this problem started today, everytime I'm using my computer ( it can be
after 30 minuts 2 minuts an hour i started windows...it depends) my screen
suddenly turns completely white!!!!! everytime i have to restart it over and
over again!!!! terrible!!!
Can somebody please help me with that?

Grow up....
 
Check fans in computer, particularly
the one on your vid card. Clean crud out
of heatsinks.
