which sound card

Hi can some one please help us? we are using Cubase SL 2.0 and need to know
of a decent sound card that will work with it. We did post the question on
the Cubase forum but to be honest they do not seem to want to help beginners
they just say refer to the manual.

Depending on what you plan to do with Cubase, I would recommend using the
Creative Audigy or something from the M-Audio consumer line of cards at the
low end or an Aardvark Q-10 or M-Audio Delta 1010 on the higher end.

My friend has a TerraTec DMX 6-Fire, with Cubase SL 1.0. It works very well. I
happen to be the recording engineer on his projects.
