Which drivers?

I have purchased a second hand X800 VE AIW card, and do not have any driver
disks with it. I knew I could get them on the ATI website. Unfortunately,
I have 2 choices (running XP Pro BTW) - either "X800 series" or "AIW VE"
drivers.

Do I get the X800 series drivers with
Catalyst Software Suite 7.3 Mar. 28, 2007 and
ATI Multimedia Software 9.16 Dec. 13, 2006,

Or the AIW VE drivers with
Catalyst Software Suite 6.11 Nov. 15, 2006 and
ATI Multimedia Software 9.14 May 24, 2006 ?

The X800 are newer, so why are the older files dished up if I choose AIW VE?

The release notes on the newer (X800) version have the following:
Note: ATI All-In-WonderT and VIVO variants listed above are
supported in the display driver only.

The release notes for the older (AIW VE) version state this:
Note: All-in-Wonder® variants based on the above are also
supported.

If you're using it only for the display, get the newer drivers; if you
want all of the functionality of the AIW, get the older ones.

Thanks for that, I will try those older ones first.
