Which CAB gets deployed?

This is a similar question to the CPU processor question
below but I am still confused as to which CAB file I
shoudl deploy. I have setup dotnet to use 1.0.5000 and
Windows CE. I am deploying to Compaq IPAQ. The processor
is PXA250 and the OS version is Windows CE3.0 (H3950
units).
I have been using the x86 cab file that gets built. I
thought I saw somewhere I should be using the ARM cab file
so I tried that and some functionality did not work .

Am I using the right CAB file or am I in for a surprise
down the road....?

x86 cab is always for emulator.
All the Pocket PC's starting from PPC2002 version are of
StrongARM type. So you must use ARM cabs.
