which boot.ini?

I have two HDD on my PC and three w2k installed on them.

Search file against boot.ini shows I have 6 of them. How shall I know which
is them one used?
 
Right-click My Computer icon > Properties > Advanced tab >
Startup and Recovery > System startup:
The drop down menu for Default operating system lists the
lines taken from the correct boot.ini actually used in
your computer.
 
boot.ini is usually looked for only in the first partition of the primary
drive on the first IDE channel, unless the original poster is using a
third-party boot loader.
