On my computer there is an address book in Outlook Express. I also keep an
Access database. Microsoft Works has an address book. A few other programmes
also have address books.
All I want is ONE flexible address book to store addresses and e-mails with
the least hassle. And one which I can back up easily and also print out.
Can anyone advise the best way of doing this?
Thanks, Chrisssss........

Hi

The Address Book in OE is probably the easiest to administer, however, if
kept up to date an Access Database of Addresses is perhaps easier to print
out. Six of one, half a dozen of the other!!

That gives me a reference to vCard viewer - saying 'Address Book is not
currently...'??

I would suspect then that OL is your default Mail Client, Will (and that you
have WAB configured to share contacts with OL).

The /a switch opens the default (Windows) Address Book in administrator
mode, allowing access to all folders of all OE Identities.
