whether XP can get IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr as update

Hi,
we are working on a vj # platform in a web portal application .We want
to test it in IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.040803 .
But we can t get the update or any exe to upgrade our IE.We are using
windows XP -sp2 version and IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.we have also tried
through windows update in control panel.But it does not provide a solution.

So whether it is possible for such version to get the IE
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr update.If so provide the link details for us.

What you have and what you want are basically the same version of the
browser. The info after 6.0.2900.2180 (which is IE 6 SP-2/WinXP-2) is
essentially meaningless IMHO. The latter bit of the string just indicates
the source where IE was obtained, IIRC.
