Where's the Button?

I'm new to VBA development.
Following the steps in this article to add a date stamp in the Notes Field
on an Outlook 2003 Tasks Form.

The code looks okay for creating the date time stamp, but I'm not able to
add the command button
With a new Tasks form in Design mode, I can add a button anywhere from P.2
tp P.6, but I cannot see a toolbox when I am on the top layer of the Tasks
form
In VB I can view the Tasks object but as soon as I click VIEW->Toolbox the
Tasks form disappears.

Like I said, I'm new. Any help appreciated!

You cannot modify the main page of the task form, only the custom pages
P.2-P.6

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at
