Where's the anchor for a Word Table?

I would like to be able to anchor a Word table to a specific paragraph such
that when I add text above that paragraph, the table moves down accordingly.
The effect I want is the same as one gets from Insert Picture, Lock Anchor,
Move With Text. How can I do this?

In Word 2002 and 2003, you can format a table so that text wraps around it or
so that the table is inline with text. In earlier Word versions, tables can
only be formatted as inline with text. To get the "anchor" behavior you
want, just format the table as inline with text by selecting the table and
then clicking on Table | Table Properties | Table tab | Text wrapping: None.
