Word 2007 - Keep with next and image anchors

Hi,

This is a bit hard to explain. In short, the keep with next setting does not
seem to always work as expected depending on where the anchor of an image
with rectangular text wrapping is located.

In order to illustrate this I placed two images on my webspace. Just have a
look at www.netcologne.de/~nc-allgeife8

The Formatting Details:
---------------------------
There is a Heading 1 paragraph containing a 'Keep with Next' setting. It is
followed by a body text paragraph formatted with the standard Normal style
and containing no further special formatting. To the right of the Normal
paragraph, I placed an image. The text wrapping for this image is set to
'Square'. The anchor of the image is linked to the paragraph containing the
body text and is set to 'Move object with text'

Problem:
-----------
The whole body text paragraph and the image have been pushed over to the top
of the next page by text preceeding the heading. Despite the 'Keep with next'
property of the heading, it remains on the bottom of the preceding page and
does not flip to the next as one might expect. For illustration see image 1
on the above mentioned site.

Further things I do not understand:
----------------------------------------
The heading will obey the 'Keep with Next' if I place the anchor on a
paragraph other than the one it is attached to now. Shifting the anchor to
the heading paragraph for example "fixes" the problem, and, the heading jumps
over to the next page. For illustration see image 1.
However, you may not lock the anchor to the heading paragraph because, then,
the image _and_ the paragraph will jump up to the page preceeding the bdy
text paragraph.

All in all, the available settings in the layout dialog for images do not
seem to have any effect on this.

Thanks for your patience and effort.

Yes, this has been a known issue with Word for many versions...
