Where's Message

I started to reply to a message. Realized I hadn't opened the attachment that
was sent to me. Didn't see paper clip to open attachment so I tried moving
original message back to Inbox. Now I can't find message. Looked in all
folders to no avail. Where did it go?? Thanks

Does it help to click on the Inbox, then View, then Current View, then
Show All Messages?
