Who did you send it in to and how? Did you send an email to some tech
support or a newsgroup post?
If it was when something crashed on your computer and it sent a message to
microsoft, you will not get an answer/reply to that. That tool is simply for
ms to collect data about what crashed to try to see what probs exist out
there and when and how to fix them. It's just a data collection tool, not a
tech support tool.
You could do a search for your question, but your best bet is to use a
real newsreader. Outlook Express will read news. This is a newsgroup
with a (lame) web interface, not a message board. Do a Google for
"Usenet" and/or "newsgroups" to find more information.
