Dear all,

I have several windows 2000 server. But I do not know the domain name
of the 2000 server.

1. Where can I find the domain name of the server?
2. How do I know that which server is the primary domain server?

Thanks for your kindly attention.

To find the domain that the server belongs to
1. Right click my computer
2. Click properties
3. Go to Network Identification. The domain field is the domain that the
server belongs to

To find which server is the PDC
1. Open Active Directory Users and Computers
2. Right click on your domain name
3. Click Operations Master
4. Go to PDC. In there will list the server that is the Primary Domain
Controller
