Where is the "UNDO" key

I am struggling with 2007 after using outlook 2003 and prior. Where is the
UNDO my last keystroke command? In word 2007 I can still do ALT EDIT UNDO
like I could in Word 2003, but when I try in Outlook 2007 I just get a bleep.

I accidentally deleted a graphic it took me 15 minutes to create. How do I
get it back?

Thanks for the suggestion. I am still looking for a Keyboard shortcut that
will undo my last keystroke. So, if I last accidentally deleted some text, I
need a way to put it back. I call this my "OH Shoot" key. It is invaluable
if I inadvertantly strike a key that I didn't mean to.

I tried Ctrl+Z and it deleted the last text i entered.

Of course, because it's the "undo" key that you're looking for. It undid your
most recent action, which was to type something. If instead you had pressed
Delete, the Ctrl-Z would have restored what you had deleted.
