Where is the "Tracking Tab" in the Sent Mail Folder?

Where is the "Tracking Tab" in the Sent Mail Folder? I want to track whether
or not my mail has been read by recipients. I asked outlook and it says that
it directs me to click on a tracking tab in the sent mail folder, but I can't
locate it.

Make sure you've marked the returned receipts and deleted them from within
the Inbox. Then you can open the item from within the Sent Items folder and
you should have an additonal tab.
