Where is the toolbar with the "bold type", "font type", options

This is a new program on our computer, Is there no longer a toolbar with the
options of "bold" highlighting or font size or type or underscoring?
 
Go to the little arrow that points down at the end of your toolbar...select
OPTIONS and click on the box for FORMATTING. Should put a BOLD and UNDERLINE
button up.
