Where is the sort Z-A button hiding?

Maybe you deleted it by mistake.

You can drag it back by:
Tools|Customize|Commands tab|Data Category
drag the Z-A icon where you like.

Or you could leave it off the toolbar.

Just hit the shift-key when you click on the A-Z icon.

There are a few icons that do the opposite when the shift-key is held down.
Open and Save
Print and print preview

You can use this technique to save a little space on that toolbar for your
favorite icons that you've dragged onto that toolbar.

Thanks, Dave, that did the job. Problem is, I now have two ZA buttons
and can't get rid of the extra one. I can't drag it off the toolbar. If
I right-click on it, I don't get a delete option. If I go through
Tools|Customize|Commands tab|Data Category, there is no way to delete
the second button in the right pane. The Modify Selection button is
grayed out.

Show that customize dialog.

Tools|Customize
Now try dragging the extra icons off the toolbar you don't want.

Then dismiss that dialog.

I _think_ that you can also use Alt-click and drag to remove the icon. But for
me, I like to show that customize dialog. I've screwed up in the past!
