Where is the "Send to" folder

How do I add new locations to the "Send To" option in Windows XP? I've done
it before but I can't find the "Send to" folder now.
 
Type "Sendto" or "shell:sendto" in the RUN box and add the shortcut in the folder that opens.
Opens: C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\SendTo folder
