Where is the hightlighter button?

There use to be highlighter button that allowed a user to hightlight words in
an email when forwarding. It doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Assuming you are using Outlook 2007 - click on "forward, click in the body
of the message and click on the "Format Text" tab. In the Font group, the
little pen thing" next to the Font Colour button is the highlighter.
