How can I hightlight the next "INSERT" in a document in 1 button?

I want to set a word document that I will use often to hightlight the next
"INSERT" word in a document by pressing one button (i.e. by pressing F8
Microsoft Word will highlight the word INSERT so that I can replace it with
new info.)

You could create a macro by recording yourself using Find to Find the word
INSERT. Then you could assign the macro to a toolbar button or keyboard
shortcut. Is this what you are looking for?

After you Find something, the button that's usually the "Next Page"
button will now do another Find. Look at the very bottom of your
Vertical Scroll Bar on the right: there are double-arrow symbols above
and below a circle symbol. Those are your Next Page buttons, and the
circle is where you change it from whatever it's finding to something
else, such as Next Page or Next Footnote or whatever.
