Dear all,

I am using Outlook 2002. I receive a mail form internal staff that contains
some words with the hightlight color in the HTML format message.

When I print the message out, there is no any highlight color in the
character of the print out copy even in the color printer.
How can I print with the highlight color in the print out copy?

Best Regards,
Benson

Hi Roady,

I try my Outlook that I send a simple message(HTML) with highlighted words
to myself.
I print the message to printer. There is no highlighted color in the print
out copy.

If I am worng, please correct me that I guess Outlook cannot work with this
feature.

Best Regards,
Benson

I found the solution and solve it.
Which is the "Internet options" setting.

Internet options -> Advanced -> printing -> check the box in the "Print
background colors and images"

Roady, thanks your reply and attention to my case.
