outlook print certain pages print selection

Outlook should have the following printing abilities:

Printing certain pages. Having the choice of All, Odd, or Even has never
been something I've had any use for. However being able to print page 1 or
1-2 would be helpful.

You should be able to highlight text in the e-mail and be able to Print
Selection.

Depending on your version of Outlook, open the message, do Other
Actions-View in Browser. You can then use your browser print engine which
can indeed do what you are asking.
 
Printing from a browser prints only the body of the message; does not
include headers.
SP2 for Office 2007 has added page selection capability to the Outlook print
dialog.
