Outlook should have print preview to avoid useless printed pages

It would be nice to do a Print Preview when printing from Outlook so
unecessary pages are not printed. Altrnately, it would be nice to be able to
adjust the margins to prevent widor/orpan lines on a useless final printed
page.

Print Preview is available when you open the message first. In Outlook 2007
the Print Preview is also available when the message is closed and has
additional and more consistent options.
