Table or query datasheets are of VERY limited utility; they're not designed or
suitable for data reporting or printing. This is just one of many things they
can't do. Use a Form to view data onscreen, or a Report for printing; these
objects both have Header and Footer sections where you can put labels, text,
or textboxes bound to a table/query field.
