where is the "find" exe located

Hello,
I'm trying to assign a shortcut key on my fancy new MS Natural Ergo Keyboard
4000 to search my file system. Can anyone tell me the path to the "find"
utility executable? I'm not looking for the explorer.exe.

Open Explorer,
Right Click on C: drive
select "Search"
put "find" in the "Search for files or folders named" box
check Advanced options
check Search System Folders
check Search Hidden files and folders
check Search Subfolders
click "Search Now" button

Wahla - a list of all the files/folders containing the word "find" in their
name come back - amazing <GRIN>!
