Where is the Advnce Tab of Locale and Language Setting

Dear All,

In Control Panel, I use Locale and Language setting. But when
I double click it. The Advance tab is not here. I can only the
Location Option and
Language Tab but the Advance Tab is not here. How can I find the
Advance Tab.
