Where is Styles menu?

Hello, friends,

I was trying to edit our style.css file in our asp.net app. I opened the
style.css file, but, I could not find Styles menu, which would be used
according to MSDN.

How can I have this menu?

It appears after the Tools menu for me. Are you using VS 2003 or VS 2005?
