Where is "Search By IP or Computer" gone to in Vista?

In XP I would use the search for "Computer" function to search for a
computer by IP if I couldn't find its Netbios name, but I cant find
this function in Vista. Someone please tell me they didn't remove this
very useful search function!
 
I believe that functionality was removed in favor of the network and sharing
center (which unfortunately doesn't offer quite the same functionality).

If that's true, I am very disappointed. So, Ctrl-Winkey-F still works
though... I'm wondering if there isnt just another hidden ctrl
function somewhere.
 
That combo only works for machines connected to a domain. Machines in a
workgroup are out of luck.
