Where is sdi2hd.exe ?

I've installed xpe and sp1, I've made a sdi image but now I don't find sdo2hd.exe
Where can I find it or How can I install it

It might not be on C:
But it should be in \Windows Embedded\utilities folder on your develpment
machine.

No it's nowhere, it's not on the hdd.
In \Windows Embedded\utilities i have any utilities like econvert,

bootprep, hd2iso but not sdi2hd
