Where is Safe Mode?

During startup, I do not have the option to select logging on in Safe Mode by
hitting F5 or F8. The only options are F1 for Setup, and ESC for boot center,
which only lists the devices to boot the OS from (but does not allow me to
select the mode).

FYI: I am trying to log on in Safe Mode to run the Trojan Vundo removal
tool. Any other options for removing this virus?

Hi,

As soon as the system is rebooted and the BIOS post goes by or the
manufactures logo screen, start tapping the F8 key. It may take a few tries
to get it.
