Where is permview.exe?

I've downloaded the 2.0 SDK but still can't find permview.exe. Where
is it located or where can I download it from?

The MSDN documentation under the "permview.exe" index entry says:

"Permview.exe is available only in the .NET Framework versions 1.0 and
1.1."

2.0 includes a new tool for this, search for PermCalc.exe in the docs.
