Where is my "Tasks" option in the MCE 2005 menu ?!?

I've installed MCE 2005 two different times with the same disks and both
times have given the same result - No menu option called TASKS. I want to set
up my xbox 360 with MCE but I can't because one of the steps is in TASKS.

I have installed all updates that I can find, including Rollup 2 but nothing
seems to make a difference.

HELP !!
