XP MCE on 'regular' PC?

I've noticed that a lot of new PCs are coming with XP MCE 2005 installed,
rather than XP Home. If I was to get an OEM CD of MCE 2005, could I install
it on my (non-MCE) PC? I know that without a TV card this feature won't
work, but would the rest be ok?
