Where is my public folders gone

After upgrading from office xp to office 2003 pro , all
the public folders located on the server is gone from my
client computer. Is there an option to enable them in
office 2003 as they are still accessible via other
clients computers still running office xp
 
Use the Folder List Navigation to show the Public Folders. You can also
press CTRL+Y from within any navigation
