Where is my progress bar that shows a page is loading in percentages???

I've used many computers and always see that on the
bottom right there is a percentage progress bar that
shows how many percentage has been loaded on the
following page.

This new machine I have seems to be missing this... Did I
uninstall it by accident? Can it be reinstalled.

It's really helpful to see this indicator because once I
click on a link, I can immediately see that something is
happening. Currently, I click on the link, and I don't
know what's going on... perhaps in a few seconds a new
page will load, but it's better to immediately see this
progress bar...

Anyone can help??

Open IE..click view button and check status bar.
