Where, oh where, is my progress bar?

I am running IE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.040919-1003.

My progress bar, in fact the entire bottom panel of an IE window, is gone.
When I start a new IE window either from scratch or by using Ctrl-N, the bar
is still missing. How do I get it back?

Hi,

Try the following:

Click on View and ensure that 'Status Bar' is checked.

This should restore the status bar to view.
