Progress Bar

I would like to include a progress bar, but instead of a "Real Time"
calculation, and want the progress bar to show a percent complete based on a
cell with a percentage. The point is that I want to create a report and / or
report that indicates how compleate various projects are based on a numeric
calculation that is stored in a record.

I am not new to Access - but this is a little advanced for me - can you
point me to any step by step how to resources?
