Where is my Outlook Express 6 Mailbox after XP Pro upgrade?

I just upgraded from Win98 SE to XP Pro. I already had IE 6 & Outlook Express 6. After the upgrade, all of my OE6 mailboxes were empty. Can I get my original mail back & if so, where do I find it? I tried the File/Import/Messages inside OE but it doesn't find anything. Please help!
