Where is my Index??

maybe my last posting was not too clear - I am unable to
access the Index in 'Help & Support' - everything else in
the 'Help & Support' is fine, but clicking on the Index
icon just returns a blank window with a red cross in top
left corner. please help if you can

Why doesn't Help and Support work?
